Martin Katz
a member of the Israeli Bar Association, has also been  admitted to practice law in NY and in NJ.   Before coming to Israel he worked in Office of the Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service Division (IRS) of the US Department of Treasury.    After leaving the IRS he worked for Abraham Freedman Law Offices, then the largest plaintiff’s maritime law practice in the US.   He also served as chief litigator for Katz & Gritz Law Offices.

Since 1999 he has been lead counsel for a NYSE listed multinational company for both its Israeli and overseas matters.  He represents numerous  foreign clients in their Israeli real estate and estate issues.

He is a graduate of Yeshiva University and Brooklyn Law School
Michael S. Partem, Adv
Adv. Partem  has served as   special counsel and prosecutor for Israel’s Department of National Infrastructures (formerly the Department of Energy).  Adv. Partem clerked at Israel’s Department of Justice, with its director general, Mayer Gabay ז"ל, where he was involved in international commercial and intellectual property issues.  Adv. Partem provides counsel to corporate and individual clients with respect to a wide range of commercial issues, including corporate, employment and copyright.   Adv. Partem specializes in employment and relocation issues of foreign experts working in Israel, including matters of work permits and visas.

In the early 1990’s Adv. Partem  helped establish  the Movement for Quality Government  in Israel and currently serves, without pay,   as its Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Reuven Richard  Kantor, Adv. & Notary
Former Chief Prosecutor, Jerusalem District, Value Add Tax  (VAT)  Authority of Israel’s  Ministry of Finance.
Adv. Kantor is currently a member of the Committee to Review Judicial Appointments.
In addition to expertise in VAT tax matters, Adv. Kantor, is a notary public with expertise  in specialized notarizations, including apostolic notarizations and certified translations.  Adv. Kantor has decades of experience in both criminal and civil matters.  Adv. Kantor clerked at Israel’s Department of Justice for Alan Zysblat and Deputy Attorney General Tanah Spanitz.
Before coming to Israel Adv. Kantor practiced  law in Memphis Tennessee.   He is licensed to practice in the US Federal Courts and admitted to appear before the United States Supreme Court.    Adv. Kantor served as special Judge to the General Sessions Court in Memphis.   He also served as President of the Tennessee Equity Capital Corporation, a licensed small business investment company.     Adv. Kantor was educated at Emory University and University of Tennessee School of Law (Champion Speaker of Moot Court Competition).
